Neuroscience - How Resonance Repatterning Works with the Brain.
Throughout our lives, we take on unconscious patterns such as Anger, Fear, guilt, and Jealousy. Your brain can become overstimulated or stuck in a flight or fight response. Because of these emotions, we can only see the pain, powerlessness, and feelings of inadequacy. We see others having good things in their lives and we are stuck in a continuous and hopeless situation, and we feel as if we are a victim in life.
By having an understanding of our brain and how it works, we can see how this all plays in our lives, and how our emotions can cause destruction in our decisions, thoughts, ambitions, health, and even our businesses. Our negative and fearful thoughts affect our entire brain and our brain speaks to our body. If we are in a fearful or negative state, we hold these beliefs in our system and this can cause our body to get out of balance and this affects our entire body including our gut/brain connection, neural pathways, organs, glands, tissues and cells through our central nervous system.

We have three primary brain structures…
The reptilian brain, is the oldest. This part of our brain creates our survival strategies and we do whatever it takes to survive without our conscious thoughts such as “running from a perceived life-threatening experience.”
The Limbic Brain, the 2nd in development in Utero is our emotional brain. It is involved in relationships, bonding, and memory. This part of our brain records thoughts and survival experiences during our first 7 years of life and how we respond to others in the World. It is responsible for our immunity, and hormones. During the teenage years, the Limbic Brain is triggering many emotions that we learned in our childhood and can lead to rebellion and poor decisions.
The Cerebral Hemisphere is the 3rd brain to develop. This is where we learn language, and thinking and develop the ability to look at the big picture rather than reacting from our Reptilian or Limbic Brain responses. This is much larger than the Reptilian and Limbic Brains. The Prefrontal Cortex is the prefrontal lobes. This part of our brain is where we process feelings of love, compassion, understanding, and intelligence where we can analyze a situation and come up with a conclusion, and where we can create.
Unfortunately, feelings of fear, anger, and jealousy that we learned in childhood as coping mechanisms, can keep us stuck in our Reptilian and Limbic Brain centers. This keeps us stuck in a sympathetic “flight or fight” mode. Even when we are not in danger, our brain thinks we are in a life-threatening situation. Sometimes, a simple thing will trigger these parts of our brain and we then feel we are in danger, even when we are not. When we are triggered or stuck in a “flight or fight” mode, this shuts down our Prefrontal Cortex Brain and we are operating and thinking from the survival Reptilian and emotional Limbic Brain and can’t think rationally, and this stunts our creative ability and keeps us stuck in the unwanted patterns that have been showing up in our life and keep us feeling like a victim.
During a Resonance Repatterning session, we will identify the out-of-sync frequencies in our brains and our current problem(s), and we will address the earlier experience (usually happened during early development) that is repeating, and showing up in our adult life perhaps with different people or circumstances but with the same root cause triggering us. Getting to that root is essential for self-healing. Resonance Repatterning can take a very “stressful” situation that feels very overwhelming, and lessen the problem. You will then feel more detached from the situation. The result is that one can think more rationally and you can shift to prefrontal cortex rational thinking and be more at peace in your life.
Through this new understanding and ability to see the situation in a new way, we then can self-heal and access our higher brain thinking. As this happens our out-of-sync frequencies calm and balance and we are freed from our destructive thoughts and worries about others’ behaviors and our self-judgment. With each session, we develop new neural pathways.
“As old neural pathways are pruned away and new life-enhancing neural connections are created, the outcome for us and our clients is a renewed sense of pleasure and joy in ourselves and our life, in being who we want to be and letting our light shine.” by Chloe Faith Wordsworth, Founder
Our brain has the capacity to continue to grow, change and evolve
At one time, scientists thought we were born with a certain number of neurons and networks in our brain and our brain stopped growing after childhood. It is now known that our brain has the capacity to continue to grow, change and evolve in response to life experiences and our thoughts. Neuroplasticity is the capacity we have where we can shape, mold and alter and change our brain in time and we create new neural pathways and new networks.
Our old non-coherent neural pathways are no longer in use and will atrophy. Through neuroplasticity using Resonance Repatterning, we can change these negative thought patterns of thinking and regenerate and build new neural pathways.
We can shift and resonate with new more positive thought patterns, memories and we then develop a new mindset, thought processes, behaviors and abilities. From this state, we are using all of our brain centers in a balance state where we can now radiate love, compassion, and understanding for ourselves and those we are in relationship with in our lives. This also can also improve our businesses or coworker relations.
